Protein pancakes

Here is a awesome breakfast which is low carb, moderate fats and a burst of protein!

3 Eggs
20 grams Coconut flour
50-60 ml light coconut milk
15 ml (1 tablespoon) creamy peanut butter
50 gram/1/2 a banana
1 tblspoon cacao
30 grams Casein protein powder chocolate almond flavour
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Blend it smooth, should be pretty thick and creamy.

Heat a nonstick pan, medium heat and fry them up with coconut oil! 5-6 grams in total should be enough.

Stack them like a tower, sprinkle desiccated coconut and squeeze some honey on top.
