Back Attack!

A workout that started out a bit dull and slow and me completing less repetitions on my top set of deadlifts turned its heel around and I left with a great mood.

Deads kilos
70 x 6, 110 x 4 , 130 x 2
150 x 2
120 x 6
100 x 16

Then some Wide grip chin-ups with 25 kilos of extra weight, going down to 15 kgs and then bodyweight.

I also did kroc rows and some biceps works and then finished the whole bang with heavy alternating kettle-bell renegade rows high repetition range of 20-22’s

Here is a progress picture taken after quite a lot of food eaten haha…
