Dropping your ass

So, on a more serious note.

Yesterdays Squatting Session went good and after some struggling with the technique (all of a sudden?!) and some medial knee pain, I have found a good way by putting the knees out whilst going down.

I have lost quite a lot of raw strength but let’s change that up!

The workout consisted of:

I did it with about 18 hours of fasting behind me and I was done in about 30 minutes, resting for 60 seconds between sets!

Squats Parallel to floor
90 kilo x 6, 5, 5

Chin-ups wide grip
Bodyweight x 8 x 3 sets

1 arm kettle-bell swing
24 kilo x 10 x 4 sets – This one is a killer

Lying straight leg lifts
x10, 10
