I bought new Nike running shoes, the Lunarglide 5.

How weight loss and pure fat loss works is pretty simple – move and burn more Calories than what you put into your mouth.

Very long slow runs for fat loss is, if you ask me – the most time wasting, boring and muscle eating activity you could do.

That is why I always try to run around at least 75% of my maximum heart rate, this will make it more like sprint training and it will make your body to retain more muscles during the fat loss journey.

Here is yesterdays run, and the average pace min/km went down by 10 seconds, although it was 400 meters shorter.


And from the running the abs feels more tight but you cannot probably see any changes haha.
