Dessert – Raspberry mousse

Been looking around the web for any healthy alternatives for you favourite dessert?

Some of you are probably familiar with the excellent creation that is called Protein Fluff – this is almost the same but not really at the same time.

Instead of mixing it to get as much air in as possible, we just stop mixing when the mixture has a sorbet/mousse consistency instead.

• 120 grams frozen raspberries
• 30 grams of Whey protein any flavour you like and mix well with raspberries.
• a couple of dashes of fun light

First of all mix the frozen raspberries in a food processor until you have smaller granules. Add the whey and some fun light and mix until smooth and continue a few more seconds.

You might need to add another dash of liquid if the ingredients does not mix properly.

Put in the fridge or enjoy immediately!
