Picking things up

Today I woke up and felt like it was time to pick up dead things from the floor until tunnel vision present itself.

So after doing some boring must do things:

I also worked on my Kettlebell swing technique, so much fun!

Pre-workout nutrition

  • Two-Arm Kettlebell Swing:
