Food, I love food

If you didn’t know that already…

I just wish that I was much better at cooking and having that sense of combining flavours/spices together real good but you cannot have it all can you?

Yesterday I did an awesome dish out of cream cheese, minced beef 10% and 10% cheese from the cookbook “Muscle-food” published by the Swedish magazine “BODY”.

  • 500 grams of minced beef 12% fat
  • 200 grams 5% fat Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 150 grams 10% fat grated cheese
  • 1 Santa Maria taco spice sachet

Fry the beef up until separated and thoroughly cooked and then add 1½ dl of water and the taco spices and let it simmer until all the water is gone. Meanwhile you wait for this you just cover the bottom of an oven safe dish with the cream cheese and then smack the beef on top of it when done cooking.

Slice some tomatoes and add the cheese on top, pop it in the middle of the oven at 225’C until golden brown and ENJOY the crap out of it!

for dessert after a nice little walk with Louise I made: It does sound very weird with all those flavours I know, but that was the only Whey protein I had at hand and it tasted good actually!

Blueberry Chocolate Hazelnut Sorbet

  • 100 grams of frozen blueberries
  • 30 grams of One-Whey Fitnessguru – Chocolate Hazelnut
  • 2.5 dashes of Fun light concentrate

First of all you mix the blueberries in a food-processor or similar until they become a more of a ground mix, add the Whey protein and the liquid. Then just mix it until the volume of the whole creation starts to build up.

Now to the crucial part, if you continue mixing you will end up with Protein Fluff which will fill you up to levels you have never experienced. By stopping after just a little while you will have a very nice sorbet textured mix which you can eat straight out of the container or put it in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes to acquire an even more sorbet like texture.

Perfect to have as a healthy dessert in the warmer sunnier evenings we have now!
