Something new perhaps

May 26, 2013

So, I’m on my last week of studies before assessments on the 1th of June for Specific Medical conditions. The last few days have not consisted of any good studies really, just been sitting trying to read and write stuff but nothing good have been produced.

In terms of training and food I’m still on the same calorie breakdown and increasing the amount of times I perform Dips, Chins and pull-ups are starting to pay off! Although I feel the need for some new sort of goal, not in terms of pure strength but something completely different to increase motivation a bit further but mostly to make it even more fun!

I’m also quite happy with my size at the moment so I might do a quick cut to see what will happen.

Now I shall try to create some sort of food with minced turkey thigh and cheese.. :-)

Here’s my workout from yesterday!

The deadlifts felt awesome in technique and explosiveness and 140 kg x 6 felt like just standing up really quickly with tunnel vision..
