Been rather dead around here without any updates lately, but as I have my parents visiting here in London there has been quite a lot of walking, eating and more eating! hehe..

I’m actually heading to the gym now with my dad to throw some weights around, exciting!

Here is my session last Thursday!

Pre-workout Nutrition

  • 4 slices of Ryvita Rye
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 30 grams of Whey

 

  • Barbell Squat:
    • 20 kg x 5 reps
    • 20 kg x 6 reps
    • 60 kg x 8 reps
    • 80 kg x 8 reps
    • 80 kg x 22 reps
    • 80 kg x 15 reps
    • Was feeling weird in balance today, so took it easier – 178 BPM on 22 rep, 167 BPM 15 rep set
  • Standing Barbell Shoulder Press (OHP):
    • 20 kg x 7 reps
    • 40 kg x 3 reps
    • 50 kg x 4 reps
    • 40 kg x 7 reps
  • Pull-Up:
    • 10 reps
    • 10 reps
    • 6 reps
  • Dips – Triceps Version:
    • 16 reps
    • 12 reps
    • 18 reps
  • Arnold Dumbbell Press:
    • 10 kg x 14 reps
    • 10 kg x 12 reps
  • Dumbbell Bicep Curl:
    • 14 kg x 8 reps
    • 14 kg x 8 reps
  • Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise:
    • 8 kg x 9 reps
    • 10 kg x 5 reps
    • 6 kg x 10 reps
    • 6 kg x 8 reps
  • Running (treadmill):
    • 0:03:14 || 0.8 km || 13 km/hr || 160 BPM
