A concoction of pleasant things

Ah, there is nothing that gives me more peace of mind than a heavy workout on a Sunday or Saturday morning knowing there is nothing that rushes me.

Me and Mr.Dad gave Deadlifts a go and some more exercises after a tremendous amount of coffee !

Now I shall spend my day walking way too much around central London, how fun!

Pre-workout Nutrition

  • 15 grams of Whey

Workout

  • Barbell Deadlift:
    • 50 kg x 5 reps
    • 90 kg x 5 reps
    • 110 kg x 3 reps
    • 130 kg x 6 reps
    • 150 kg x 5 reps
  • Barbell Bench Press:
    • 20 kg x 10 reps
    • 60 kg x 6 reps
    • 80 kg x 3 reps
    • 90 kg x 2 reps
    • 100 kg x 2 reps
    • 90 kg x 5 reps
  • Chin-Up:
    • 15 reps
    • 7 reps
    • 6 reps
  • Dips – Triceps Version:
    • 18 reps
    • 12 reps
  • Pull-Up:
    • 7 reps
