Oats and Whey baked in the oven, amazing!


Oat brownie cake

  • 2 dl grinded oats
  • 125 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 35 grams of Whey Mocha flavour
  • 10 grams of Casein Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp oat bran
  • 1 mashed medium banana
  • 1 tbsp Apple sauce

Just mix the dry ingredients and wet ones alone and then mix them up into this thick batter.

Pour it into an oven safe ramekins or something similar and bake at 175’C for 10-12 minutes or until stabbed with a knife and knife is clean!






Minced pork taco pie with mozzarella and vegetables topped with Chilli ketchup


Texmex something pie

  • 450 grams Minced Pork
  • 3 tbsp tomato purée
  • 150 grams 3% crème fraiche
  • 1/4 cup/60 ml of Mozzarella
  • Zucchini & Carrot
  • Tomatoes

Fry the carrot and zucchini with spices until soft and then add the Lean minced pork and season with any flavours you might find appropriate.

Add tomato purée and Crème Fraiche and let it simmer for a few minutes.

toss it into an oven safe dish and add any vegetables on top and top it all off with the mozzarella or regular cheese.

Let it set and melt together for about 15 minutes.
