So, another session of deadlifting, they keep feeling heavier and heavier… Might be time for a de-load week to let the CNS fully recover.

Here is the session of today: Now I shall devour even more food!

 

With a 5 minute warm up on the cross-trainer this session took 45 minutes in total.

  • Barbell Deadlift:
    • 60 kg x 5 reps
    • 100 kg x 2 reps
    • 130 kg x 4 reps
    • 130 kg x 4 reps
    • 130 kg x 4 reps
    • 110 kg x 6 reps
  • Chin-Up:
    • 4 reps
    • 5 reps || weighted || 26 kg
    • 7 reps || weighted || 14 kg
    • 10 reps
  • Kettlebell Alternating Renegade Row:
    • 18 kg x 16 reps
    • 18 kg x 16 reps
  • Dumbbell Lunges:
    • 16 kg x 18 reps
    • 16 kg x 18 reps
    • 16 kg x 18 reps
