Trumtrumtrum!

Today has been the same in terms of studies but I got back from an awesome Chest & Triceps workout.

I am finally increasing in repetitions on 90 kilograms in the bench press, and I have also gotten stronger in the weighted dips! The current macros in the diet feels good and I cannot wait to see how this body will look later on in June!

Here is the session of today and the food straight after was good old; 500 grams of chicken breast fillet, 1 cup of rice (uncooked measure), radishes, tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms and some beets!

Now I shall dive back into those studies and maybe try get some sun on this pale, pale, pale skin of mine..

  • Barbell Bench Press:
    • 20 kg x 10 reps
    • 20 kg x 10 reps
    • 60 kg x 4 reps
    • 80 kg x 2 reps
    • 90 kg x 6 reps
    • 90 kg x 4 reps
    • 85 kg x 6 reps
    • 70 kg x 8 reps
  • Incline Dumbbell Bench Press:
    • 28 kg x 8 reps
    • 24 kg x 9 reps
  • Dips – Triceps Version:
    • 2 reps
    • 5 reps || weighted || 32 kg
    • 7 reps || weighted || 16 kg
  • Incline Dumbbell Flyes:
    • 14 kg x 12 reps
    • 14 kg x 12 reps
  • Push-Up:
    • 12 reps
  • Dumbbell Bicep Curl:
    • 14 kg x 10 reps
    • 14 kg x 10 reps
