An absolutely amazing Sunday in terms of the weather during the morning, noon and up until now – too bad it reversed back to cloudy and windy!

As the Ziggzagg is in Ella’s grasp this weekend I’ve focused mainly on studies this Saturday and Sunday as I got a pretty tight deadline on assessments now by the end of April and beginning of May.

I did Squats this last Thursday which went great and I managed the new Personal Best on 115 kg x 6  repetitions, after a few days rest it was time to see what I could manage on deadlifts and Chin-ups today!

As you see not the biggest session in terms of volume in the number of exercises but after the deadlifting and the Chin-ups I was pretty much more or less out of it.

  • Barbell Deadlift:
    • 60 kg x 7 reps
    • 100 kg x 2 reps
    • 120 kg x 2 reps
    • 140 kg x 1 reps
    • 152.5 kg x 3 reps
    • 132.5 kg x 5 reps
  • Chin-Up:
    • 8 reps || weighted || 22 kg
    • 8 reps || weighted || 16 kg
    • 9 reps
  • Pull-Up:
    • 8 reps
    • 7 reps
  • Kroc Rows:
    • 38 kg x 5 reps
    • 38 kg x 5 reps
