Protein Nutella

Well, this is an amazing discovery I made the other day.

  • 1 dl of Casein Double Chocolate Flavour
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons (16/32 grams of Natural Peanut Butter)
  • 0.6-1 dl skimmed milk

Just mix the casein and the milk first and then add the Peanut Butter, put it in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes and you will have something with the same texture as Nutella, literally the same taste without the refined sugar, saturated fats etc!

You can eat the cookie, and still have it…
