High rep Deads, may I die now?

April 2, 2013

Monday is Deadlift day, so yesterday I dragged myself over to the gym feeling a bit low on energy but hey, Deadlifts are fun :)

I managed to get at least some repetitions out but not close to any maximum weights yesterday;

It ended up being an overall good session if you look at the repetitions I managed to squeeze out on the lower weights in the Deadlift, today I’m quite sore in Glutes and Hams but should feel better soon.

I also just finished some Interval sprints in the morning sun which was bliss, and tomorrow is Chest day!

Now back to the studies, some coffee and probably a nice little walk in the sun at lunch time!
