I had some time over so I decided to make myself some home made -Cinnamon Almond Butter- and then some post workout cookies!

Almond Butter

  • 200 grams of raw almonds

Just add them to a food mixer and mix mix until you get either a crunchy paste or continue until a smoother paste.

Then after my workout and regular meal I did these really simple -Banana bread cookies- with cinnamon and apple in them.

  • 1 banana
  • ½ apple finely diced
  • 1 dl of Rolled Oats
  • 2/3 tsp baking powder
  • Splash skimmed milk
  • Cinnamon

Just mash the banana with a fork and add the milk and stir, then move on to add the oats, apple bits, cinnamon and baking powder and stir around with a spoon.

I just spooned some dough up and flopped it up on a baking tray, and left them in 175’C for about 25 minutes which made them really fluffy and super moist!
