Possibly the best healthy pancakes ever created

I just did some pancakes that are low carb, healthy fats, high protein, looks the same and are as thin and moist as regular pancakes.

These are truly epic and everyone should really try them:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 4 Egg whites around 30 grams each
  • 30 ml Tiana Coconut Flour – 16 grams
  • 30 ml Oat bran – 12 grams
  • 45 ml FF Cottage Cheese
  • 25 grams Impact Whey protein – Rhubarb & Custard flavour
  • ½ Medium Braeburn apple
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 splash of Vita Coco Water – Passion fruit flavour

Just mix the whole thing up until there is a smooth batter, use a non-stick pan with either coconut oil or non-stick spray on low/medium heat and fry them up thin as regular pancakes!

I added a pot of Cottage Cheese with cinnamon as a spread which is nice!

Macros – 475 calories

  • Protein – 56 grams
  • Carbohydrates – 25 grams
  • Fat – 15 grams

Look at those beauties! I did both smaller and bigger ones!

  1. Dude, really like the pancakes except the cottage cheese topping! I guess I’ll just stick with the soya milk!
